Guayaquil -- With the assistance of British firm John Rigby and the collaboration of the BDG, set up by Juan Illingrot himself in conjunction with others in Ecuador and with the blessing of the Central Government, a new arms factory has been founded in Guayaquil, allowing that us South Americans will eventually be able to produce our own military equipment, our own armaments and our own freedom from those who may want to subjugate us. John Rigby has taken over with a 50% stake, allowing it to make decisions equally with the Gran Colombia Textiles Co.

The citizens of Guayaquil and the rest of Ecuador celebrate this first success of the BDG, which has received the blessing of Simon Bolivar. The BDG has announced that no weapons will be sent or sold to Peru without the personal approval of Bolivar, and John Rigby has affirmed this policy in a recent press statement. Otherwise, 80% of the weapons will be stored within custom-built storehouses in Guayaquil and 20% will be sent to Quito. Bolivar has issued a statement commending this as a ‘step forward for our nation’, but rumours circulate that some of the anti-patriotic citizens of this country make the assumption that the Ecuadorians are hurting our country by developing its capabilities.

In a poll of citizens on the paths of Guayaquil, while many did not understand what a development bank was, those who did replied that “it doesn’t matter, the biggest guns are that of our leader!”. Certainly, it remains true that Illingrot commends a stunningly-high approval rating, and beyond having the best guns, is now producing the best guns. What more can this man do?
